About Sophie
Hi, I’m Sophie. I live on Auckland’s North Shore with my young family. My office is based in Browns Bay and I’m also available for online therapy.
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Massey University. I started my private practice in 2020 after several years of working for the Department of Corrections. I enjoy working with a wide spectrum of concerns, with a particular interest in helping people with relationship and attachment difficulties. It is my philosophy that anyone can benefit from working with a clinical psychologist- there is no issue too big, too small or too unusual to talk to a psychologist about.
I am supported in my practice by a clinical supervisor and undertake professional development opportunities to keep on top of changes in the field of psychology.
